1. Overview
NeoFilm is a camera and photo-editing application operated by ZEROdev. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the NeoFilm mobile applications or visit neofilm.cam.
The short version: photo capture and editing happen on your device. NeoFilm does not upload your photo library to NeoFilm-operated servers. Some supporting services process limited purchase or diagnostic information as described below.
2. Photos and camera processing
NeoFilm uses camera access to show the viewfinder and capture photos. When you import, edit, or export a photo, the image is processed on your device. Your photos are read from and saved to locations you select through the operating system.
NeoFilm does not operate an account system or a cloud photo library. We do not receive copies of your photos through the app.
3. Permissions
Camera
Required for capture. You can revoke this permission in device settings, but the camera will no longer function.
Photo library or storage
Used when you choose to import an image or save an export. The exact permission model depends on your operating-system version.
Location
Optional location access may be used for city labels or photo metadata. When NeoFilm converts coordinates into a place name, the operating system or its location provider may process that request under its own privacy terms. NeoFilm does not send location to NeoFilm-operated servers.
4. Purchases
Purchases are billed by Google Play or Apple. NeoFilm uses RevenueCat to determine whether your store account has access to NeoFilm Pro. RevenueCat may process an app user identifier, product identifiers, purchase receipts or transaction status, and related device or store information. NeoFilm does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

5. Diagnostics
The Android app uses Firebase Crashlytics in production to help identify crashes and stability problems. Crashlytics may process crash traces, device and operating-system information, app state, and installation identifiers. It is not used to upload your photos. See the Firebase privacy information.
6. Device storage and backups
Settings and custom recipes are stored locally by the app. On Android, eligible app data may be included in Google’s device backup when backup is enabled for your account. Deleting the app removes its active local data, but a platform backup may remain until it expires or you remove it through your account settings.
7. Website
NeoFilm’s website does not load analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process standard technical request logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and secure the site. Following a store or third-party link is subject to that service’s privacy policy.
8. Retention and control
Photo content remains under your control on your device. You can revoke permissions in system settings, remove local recipes and settings in the app or by uninstalling it, manage platform backups in your device account, and manage purchase history through the relevant store.
Diagnostic and purchase-service retention is controlled by the relevant provider and applicable store requirements.
9. Children
NeoFilm is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their location. We do not knowingly operate a system for collecting children’s personal information.
10. Changes and contact
