1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the NeoFilm mobile applications and neofilm.cam. By using NeoFilm, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License
ZEROdev grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use NeoFilm on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the store through which you obtained the app.
You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, bypass access controls, redistribute the app, use it to violate another person’s rights, or interfere with the app or supporting services.
3. Features and compatibility
Camera capabilities vary by device. Manual ISO, shutter, focus, DNG RAW, lens selection, and related features are available only when supported by the operating system and camera hardware. NeoFilm does not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device or lens.
Processed photo exports use common image formats and may include compression. NeoFilm does not promise lossless output or a particular sensor bit depth.
4. NeoFilm Pro and purchases
NeoFilm may offer monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-time Pro purchase. Available products, prices, currencies, trial eligibility, included features, billing periods, and renewal terms are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Google Play or Apple unless canceled through the relevant store.
- Trials, when offered, are available only to eligible accounts under the store’s terms.
- Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
- Restore Purchases requires the store account associated with the original transaction.
- A one-time purchase grants access to the Pro features associated with that product while NeoFilm remains available and compatible; it is not a guarantee that every future feature or service will be included.
5. Your photos and recipes
You retain your rights in photos, recipes, and other creative material you make with NeoFilm. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, capture, editing, sharing, and publication of content comply with applicable law and respect privacy, copyright, trademark, and other rights.
QR recipe sharing is intended for configuration data. Do not use it to distribute unlawful content or misrepresent another creator’s work.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change, or discontinue features, profiles, purchase options, or platform support. We may also suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or abuse prevention. Material changes will be reflected in the app, store listing, or these Terms as appropriate.
7. Third-party services
NeoFilm relies on operating-system camera and photo frameworks, Google Play or Apple for distribution and billing, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, and Firebase Crashlytics on Android for diagnostics. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
NeoFilm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, preservation of local data, or a particular photographic result. Keep independent copies of photos and recipes that are important to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEROdev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NeoFilm. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
